Villa Sampaquita, Moraira, Costa Blanca

Casa 'Sampaquita' is a very sunny detached house in a quiet residential area in the beautiful village of Moraira, a cozy seaside town with lots of cozy cafes and restaurants, a marina, beaches and caves. Here you can snorkel and dive.

There is no mass tourism in Moraira, there are no high-rise hotels. Here you will find many low-rise buildings and villas in the area.

The house is fully built floor, no stairs. Around the house are landscaped gardens. To the rear of the house there is a large sun terrace to the south so you can enjoy the whole day in the sun. The sun terrace surrounds the pool (4 x 8 meters with a built stone staircase). The terraces have a large degree of privacy and offer fantastic views of the valley. Of course there is also thought to a spot in the shade. For this you can visit the large covered terrace directly by the pool. Also in the evening it is nice here just fine. With a glass of good and pleasant company you can admire the most spectacular sunsets and enjoy until the wee hours of the Spanish way of life.

The layout of the house: The villa has a living room, kitchen, three two-person bedrooms and two bathrooms. In total, you can stay here with six people.

The window on the side overlooking the well-tended garden. The window at the back looks out onto the covered terrace and pool with sun terrace. From the living room opens directly onto the covered terrace by the pool through the patio doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer and a refrigerator with freezer.

From the kitchen there is an exit to the garden at the front of the villa.

The main bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a large built-in wardrobe, a sitting area and a dressing table with mirrors. The four poster bed has a beautiful view of the pool with sun terrace and the whole valley. Through the double doors you at tomorrow directly on the terrace and take a dip in the pool. A good start to the day!

 

Right next to the master bedroom is a spacious bathroom en suite. This bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, bath and hydromassage shower.

 

 

Also located at the pool side is another bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom is also equipped with a built-in wardrobe, a sitting area, a standing floor fan and full-length mirror. Also This bedroom has direct access to the terrace and the pool through the patio doors.

At the front of the house is situated a bedroom. This bedroom has views to the front garden and here you will find two 1-person beds. The room is a built-in wardrobe, a sitting area, a standing floor fan and full-length mirror.

You will also find an extra bathroom in the house. This bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

 

The whole house has central heating. Obviously you have unlimited use of WiFi in the house and on the whole terrace.

 

The terrace is complete with a cozy wooden table with enough chairs.

For enthusiasts, there is a three-seater bench swing and obviously there are six sunbeds.

The terrace has a beautiful view of the valley. Here you have the sun all day and at the end of the day Here you can experience the most stunning sunsets.

 

In the fully fenced property has a private parking with a carport which can be reached from the street via an electric gate. This gate can be operated from the car with a remote control.

The terrace, garden and pool are sunny southwest exposure and offer plenty of privacy. there enough space in the shade on the covered terrace. You will also find a portable barbecue.

The property includes a fenced, well-kept Mediterranean garden for private use.

You can find many other bougainvilleastruiken, an olive tree, an orange tree, a lemon tree, a fig tree, a banana tree, a medlar and tropical palms.

On the sun terrace is an outdoor pool located all use. The bath is 4 x 8 meters, built stone staircase.

The house is situated on a plot of 1000 m2 in the quiet residential area "Alcassar". The distance to the center of Moraira is just 3.5 km and the distance to the beach of El Portet is 2.3 km.

Near our house is the start of a wonderful expanded walk to a nearby cala (small beach), where you can not come by car. A special trip and a must to do!
